Indians from India are not dumb either because they know that they are not going to buy a new bulb in the first place. They will take this bulb and replace it with a working one in a public restroom and all will be done alone. And later they will tell the manager or whom ever in charge that it was the maintenance guy or a coworker. .
It takes one Serbian to change light bulb. Serbians are not dumb.
AND HR if a manager is on the chair with their mouth close to the zip on their pants.
3 - you forgot the HSE...
2 - the 1st is standing on a piano chair with raised arms holding the bulb directly above his head, the 2nd rotates this chair standing on the floor. This would also be true when referring to Azeris and Moldavians.
I was more worried about which one was going to pay for the bulb.
We'll never know. They haven't got electricity yet
