I don't think Nigel is having sex with the HR manager. I am pretty shore Nigel made a pass at me, I mean I am good looking but I don't swing that way, you get my drift. Reliance carry ends in October....this is from press release...United States – On track to drill 325 gross wells in 2015, including multiple horizontal well development programs, in the Midland and Delaware Basins in Texas and New Mexico. When Chevron bought Reliance it got the JV deal....Under the terms of the deal, Reliance will pay $340 million in cash upon closing and an additional $1.36 billion in a drilling carry to gain a 40 percent interest in about 300,000 net acres of the shale position. Atlas will remain the development operator for the joint venture, though Reliance will hold the option to operate in certain parts of the shale position. Reliance will finance 75 percent of Atlas’s portion of the drilling and completion costs, until the drilling carry is completely tapped. 5 1/2 years is in October. If you loose your shirt on 40 pay for everything and paying 75% of your 60% for D&C Chevron is beyond bad......NOJV deals are in billions. So you lost your job a few months earlier.....AMBU is toast!
