Meanwhile, an army of 25 year old snotty nosed kids from São Paulo will begin to appear over the next few months to fill the vacancies created by firing talented, experienced people. All of them will have MBAs from Harvard and all of them will be absolutely useless. In the meantime Bernardo will lie to you about meritocracy and feed you with propaganda about how well things are going, while you watch the company descend in to absolute chaos. 3G and Bernardo in particular are widely detested in Heinz (check out the Glassdoor reports - the real ones, not the fake 5* ones HR have made grads and interns add) and I'm sure Kraft employees will soon understand what a liar, shyster and sociopath he really is. Terrible CEO.
