Just wanted to point out to the person(s) who have been suggesting that the site is a mish- mash of posts by a dwindling number of whiners....each post title shows view count. Many people follow/view. Most of us care about our community. Some of us post. You must not understand the nature of social media to make such I'll informed comments.

This is just a couple of employees greater than 20 years experience no longer with the company. Can't move on, the younger people have already moved on to their next career challenge and moving forward.
A counter on a Web site is anything the site wants it to be, hits, going to comments, loiter time etc. If I want to drive ad revenue it is in my interest to increase my view count. I would never rely on a counter as a true measure.
The number of views is only how nany times people go into the comments. It doesn't count all views.

If you only have to put in 8 hours a day, you must be CNS. No dept that I ever worked with ever had anyone who worked less than 50+.
When you feed the trolls, you get 'bet only three people post zomgzlolzzlolZ!' When you have a firm of less than 3000 regular employees and you get a thousand views in a post, hey that's not peanuts, my friend.
Don't worry at all. Just put in my 8 hours and go home.
I'm just amazed that global warming and ISIS made it into the message board. Note that a current employee posted that, not one let go. I think that sums up the paranoia that is rampant in HO! Quit worrying about getting let go or working long hours, worry about parking lot flooding and terrorists.
