Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

The blood is still flowing...

If you see an HR representative walking down the hall, take a quick glance below the belt. You will notice a large bulge. They are constantly walking around with a massive hard on these days, just waiting to layoff more people.

It was not HR's decision to lay off employees. But some of HRs had the suck attitude when they handed the termination packages to employees. I can not wait to see when it is their turn, so that i can laugh at those bad-attitude HRs when they are in a forever job search.

Do you really think HR WANTS to lay people off. HR is not calling the shots. HR is only doing there jobs. Everyone blames HR for the layoffs. Look at yourself in mirror. Look at the oil prices. Look at revenue coming in and costs going out. Its simple math.

I can verify most of this by the friend of my Coordinator, who is a manager and knows somebody high up in HR.
