Dylann Roof claims "negroes have lower IQs, lower impulse control, and higher testosterone levels in generals. These three things alone are a recipe for violent behavior." He wanted to protect the White race. If he got caught, don't blame him. Just blame it on gun or on drug.

Roof was a mentally retarded MHMR patient who was in high levels of Prozac and other psychotropic drugs. Bottom line is, don't take anti depressants, you might end up killing people or yourself.
