Bankruptcy = No More Federal Student Loans or Grants

One of the EDMC trolls replied to a post below stating that bankruptcy could be used as a positive tool to make the company more profitable. He/She said if we read business books we would know that. Just one problem: If they declare bankruptcy they lose access to all Title IV funds. No more federal loans and grants that generate almost 90% of their revenue stream. I can't wait to hear the troll response for this one. You want proof? Just look at what happened to Corinthian. They tried to avoid bankruptcy but eventually fell. They closed the doors the same day they declared bankruptcy.

Edmc will not declare bankruptcy because once they do they access to federal student loans is done.

Anybody who even thinks there is a remote possibility, benefit or injury from bankruptcy at EDMC is an absolute idiot. They probably argue about which UFO is better. OPPS they work for EDMC--sorry not nice to make fun of people who have the dual disorder of mental and moral handicap.

How soon do you think EDMC will declare bankruptcy? Corinthian closed their doors on a Sunday. Students arrived to campuses on Monday to locked doors!

Why would EDMC need to declare bankruptcy at this point? They are a "cash flow machine" that gets hundreds of millions from the government. KKR, the defacto owner, can make lots of money by just cutting labor. Or they can take the loss and use it as a place to put their cronies for favors. Where they can get into trouble (perhaps eventually) is with the lawsuits.
