Would any former Baker employee please post the form that they make you sign about intellectual property when they lay you off? I think my day of reckoning is coming, and if I go to Superior I have a couple packer ideas for them.

Wait a year and "Oh! I have this wonderful new idea!" If you come up with your "new" idea and submit your patent application right after you leave, they might be able to argue you had it before you left and you would be screwed... but I didn't tell you that.
You cannot take BHI intellectual property. If/when the company files a patent application in your name, they require you to "sell" them the rights to the idea for a grand sum of $1USD. Now, if you have notebooks that you have written ideas down in that have not been disclosed and the notebooks are returned to you in your box of personal belongings, then they are fair game...but I didn't tell you that.
