That's what I'm saying, the lower ranks have been decimated and they need to start looking at mgr's. Esp since you don't need all those mgr's to oversee an immensely reduced amt of workers.

In the last months, most positions picked out were workers, delegates and some secretaries but the middle-managers were out of layoff list.

If they do more layoffs, seems like they'd have to hit the middle-mgr's since most of the peons have been given the heave-ho. Plus, that'd save them a LOT more money than laying-off the underlings.
