They tried to terminate me within 30 days after I called osha for an unsafe situation. I ended up having to call the office of the whistle blower. A federal Investigator was sent to help me in my situation. They then BHI back tracked, lied and tried to cover it my on going termination, and BHI protected the people who did this to me. They still have jobs, all of them, even though they are all guilty of felonious activity centered around retaliation, creating a hostile work environment, obstruction of justice, interfering with a federal investigation, and then they lied, gave me a negative employee review and got away with everything. I laughed out loud when I saw the email earlier today about fairness etc. I've given so much detail in this post, that I'm sure it's obvious who I am, and the best part is, I don't care anymore. Fire me. I'll go to the grave with my pride, my work ethic, my integrity and I am no longer afraid, no longer defeated. You have no power over me.

One of the main cons of Baker is giving their middle-management level full authority to determine who leaves and who stays regardless to the evaluation or revenues he established.
To preserve your job at Baker you need to be one of director's coterie... All these standards are just a Bullshit...
