Dear Mr. Mcmillon, clearly we need to talk. Shutting down stores with people who are fighting for workplace democracy is not a smart tactic. I know Walmart was doing this long before you became CEO, but this form of aggression will result in even more resistance. I suppose you were taught this as you worked your way up the Walmart ladder, but times change.
