He is always up her skirt/office, they are off on the same days and yet he is incompetent in his performance but has managed to not be laid off. Guess that is how the New Baker roles......

I think this guy is actually a pretty good worker and semi decent in his supervisory role. Aside from the politics of him and his manager, I have no problem with it. And honestly I think he has an excellent grasp of the work that has to be done. But if you really want to point fingers there are other managers in that same group that struggle with basic things. like email. I could careless who you sleep with or bang as long as that doesn't cause any direct problems with my work, but you better answer my goddamn email when I send that shit. No one in any company should have a job, let alone make more than 5 dollars an hour if they can't effectively operate outlook. That's just a shame that baker Hughes has mangers that can't handle email. People like that should be in the warehouse redressing tools, not making decisions or having any authority. That's just my .02 cents USd / Each
