Only the bottom feeders left at HO now...the ones who have no talent or ever had an innovative thought. Same goes for the RMs...not a lot of value added from them.

Yep, I don't know either. cal is gone. stanford has crumbled. his last two director of stores hires were dispatched quickly (but not quickly enough before inflicting irreparable harm). numbers can't look good. he's been there a while, too. overripe bad apple.
For those still at Follett the past two years has instilled much better work life balance. Put in your hours then go home to personal life, no reason to work late.
Well said. Only the new ass kissing Sears/ Kmart/OfficeMax imbeciles are dumb enough to buy what DG and GT are selling. Their lack of vision has resulted in a significant loss of talent with the bulk of those remaining who do bring subject matter expertise and profitability to Follett either hoping to ride out their last year or two to retirement or looking to take their talents elsewhere. How many of you have vendors, faculty, friends and family asking "What the hell happened to Follett?"
Follett has certainly lost some of their best talent. However there are still some left but they are probably looking too. As long as DG is leading, there is not much reason to stay.
