They could just buy a supertanker filled with oil from Iran. Oil craters, buy low with built in storage. That's 2 million barrels, chevron pumps 2.5 million a day. Can anyone with 150 million bucks do this?

They could corner the market in Irn Bru.
So from 1 super tanker you could eventually extract 38,000,000 gallons of gasoline which would be enough for every car in Beijing to fill up with about 7.5 gallons at the pump one time. Maybe the Chinese can build a lot of super tankers?
