The Company in its wisdom let the warehouse guys go with voluntary redundancy payments and now the department is broken and on its knees. How stupid can a company be to let the only people who can get things done in there go and drop another employee in the warehouse way over his head, to keep things flowing. Or so they think ! The end is coming i think as the company does not care !!!! my reason is .....it feels like the end of Badentoy... ready for Hal to empty the place. Your thoughts?????

Realist ... What an asshole you are. Some of the warehouse / stores guys in the company, were offshore, college grads, operators, coil techs, cementers, coordinators, downhole tool runners and supervisory. So your narrow mindedness is not worthy of being in a company which rewards greatness. If you were to go in front of HR with that attitude and belief you would be out of a job !!!!! Where is your superior intelect now you dick. Show yourself you ass !!!! where and what do you do that is so important on the universe..... Cowardly lowlife that you are. Hats off to the workshop staff. Without you the company WOULD grind to a halt. We certainly can do without "realist the coward"

cause whatever department you work for must not be much of a back bone for operations which make the money which would also indicate you are more than likely what we like to refer to as overhead which basically is a monkeys job as you would like to put it must sit in a cubical and get a nice stack of paper in which is more than likely billing from operations that pays for your little bullshit of a salary so you can act like your some part of a operation. no offense to the people that do but those people know not to talk about something they know nothing about. you my friend are very weak minded and no nothing about operations I would love for you too grow the balls and say what you did cause more then likely you have no idea what your are talking about but you do have you place in this whole picture and that's on the sidelines and while you stand there and watch the all stars do there thing remember that stick continue to sit on it cause that's all your thoughts and opinions are worth

Yes anyone can do a task with TRAINING which takes time, effort and a good trainer or mentor, If skilled people are lost , then without them how do you train a new member your products, parts, vendors or contacts, Of course things will spiral downwards with the total loss of the warehouse previous team. I also knew those guys and they were damned good at what they did. They helped me on countless of times and bailed out numerous operations with their knowledge. REALIST you my friend are an idiot with no grasp of real life workings of a corporation functioning properly.........IDIOT
I started off in the warehouse and now im running tools fishing,rns,completions I will say this I cant do my job if I don't have a good warehouseman in the shop the only way we make money is that way so realist either your a bean counter or have no clue to what your talking about! I think you should keep your opinion to yourself if you never been on one end off the stick, and if you haven't and admit that to yourself,f I want you to take that stick and sit on it cause your words and thoughts shouldn't be in this thread
