I get an enhanced package all the time......in my pants. It's called a chubby, or an erection for you city slickers out there.
So if you could just write me my check for ten percent of a half a million... five grand... I'll go out and mingle.
There is an enhanced voluntary payment, but if you accept it you can't take BHI to court. You get: Pay in leu of notice which is 1 week per year of service (but you get min 4 weeks because of your contract) + 1200 tax free in replace of BHI hiring a recruitment agency to get you another job + a discretionary tax free 'ex-gratia' payment which is calculated based on the amount BHI save by not employing you during the consultation payment (usually salary for the 45 days consultation period + cost of benefits etc)

More than 475? Capped? What the statatory £475 per week for every year ? If so how much mor is it %or just your current weekly or what?

Dont think its that enhanced. also think that theres a lot of variables.like length of service etc. maybe totally different for even 2 guys with exact same service etc. Heres hoping i dont find out. Good luck all
