A broken ankle is only recordable if you go to the doctor. If a fellow employee sets your ankle, wraps a splint around it, and gives you some Tylenol it is not recordable. This is the recommended practice. This will also help to boost my numbers and increase my bonus at the end of the year.

Complete rubbish and bullshit. We had a major oil spill in the workshop in Khobar Saudi Arabia resulting in somebody slipping and breaking ankle. Surely a broken ankle is a record able accident!!!!!!
