Very few jobs on Chevron website, forced PDC with preferences given to expats and managers = REDUCTION IN FORCES, I.E, LAYOFFS.

Stupid organizations with their politically correct acronyms and buzzwords. Management is drinking the kool-aid and treating us like we're stupid.

That is not what politically correct means. I can see why you're concerned with being laid off.

Here's the non sugar-coated version. ETC target is 20-25% cut. Some groups within ETC will not be cut at all. Some groups in ETC will be cut in excess of 25% to make up for it. Yes, some groups are going to be slammed.
