They emphasized this many times, but all of us know the massive layoffs are related to the acquisition. Why are these guys so fuxxing fake, lousy, and low?

Baker boy life is shit as we know it they are playing both sides but have not touch any managers they need the axe
NB to look even leaner. Most likely most manufacturing management to be fired and all critical support to now report to center manager. We will see next week.
"Next week Hal and Baker Hughes will be announcing second quarter earning"
More layoffs at NB center?
Next week Hal and Baker Hughes will be announcing second quarter earning. I guarantee there will be a third round of layoffs and it will cut deeper. It will be admins, HR, HSE and other support groups. They can't touch fhe field guys anymore as they have cut all the lower level guys. I give it to some of thisanahers who have done their time and been through this before. It has to be tough on them for sure.

Are you idiots trying to say there is not wide spread layoffs around the industry besides Halliburton and Baker? Go ask your buddies at WFT, SLB, NOV, etc how they are doing.
These layoffs are activity related. Merger related will begin Q1.
"The massive layoffs are not related to the Hal-BHI merger"
This is a fuxxing lie! Are they afraid of any legal issue? And is this why they refuse to admit the relationship between merger and massive layoffs? If yes, what is the legal issue?
You start at the top and work your way down.To use a old oilfield term. The above could not carry Mr. Halliburtons dope bucket.
He stated..... His employees are his company.
Because there will be even more layoffs after the merger.
