Bottom line is if your hired back DON'T go back as a temp. They just won again.
118739- I would like to know where you get your info about Wft pay. I have not talked to a SINGLE person who was laid off and took a job for less than they made at WFT, including myself.
Where are the ones who swore not to come back supposed to go? There aren't any jobs availabke that pay close to weatherford. It sucks to be layed off then asked back on temp status, but the electric company doesn't care, they want their money. So does every other bill collecter you have. At least it keeps your head above water. Also for insurance, look into obamacare. Its not as bad as you think, especially since you are technically unemployed.......

Only 6000, a gross underestimation. WFT is sinking quickly. A has been company with no future.
They will amd have laid off salaried workers and replace them with temps. They pay a lot less to temps and don't have to give benefits. Saves weatherford lots of money. Thats what happened at my shop. No shortage of ppl willing to work for 18 bucks an hour.

Maybe they will mention something on the earnings call???? Think it's scheduled on the 23rd.
Now why would they lay more off and have 420 open positions on the website.
