I do not support unionizing. unionizing is not for engineering professionals in our set up.

I would like to see few things improved in this company and I am trying my best to communicate it via my manager and this forum but if things do do not improve after some time I will move on to other job....

IT has been in need of a union for so long. The problem is that we're all introverts and just can't seem to coordinate into a union. I think it be beneficial. I've lost my job so many times over shady circumstances, and union with a tore right through those circumstances. HR and managers just walk all over introverted it nerds. It's just not in our nature to form a union although it would be best if we could. Who gives a s whether the salary is $1 or $100,000. I pay theI pay the dues so as not to get f** over
