Performance has no merit at Qualcomm. Asslicking, however is a fantastic skillset and is highly valued at Qualcomm. Unfortunately, a skill I don't have. It's the unemployment line for me...

All ass lickers will stay, They are high performing valuable asset as per perf review data.
what about high performing status checker?
High performing contractors will stay, low performers will go first, IMHO. Hopefully, volunteers before that, if mgmt is smart
