H1B'ers, i would not be worried, don't forget about the story of my friend who was the only NON H1B worker in a department of 30 with stellar reviews, was ethnically exactly the same as the other 29 people but he had a canadian greencard rather than a H1B - all the workers were from China - and to send the H1Bers home would be horrible, so he was laid off. It's been half a decade and he is back at that company, 1 or 2 levels higher than ever before. I think the Americans should be afraid, very afraid.
I cannot help you with Fossil. However, I do have boxes and boxes of evidence proving that the American government faked the Moon landing. When do you want to meet?

I think during election time it will be helpful to highlight this problem as much as we can else same thing will keep continuing..
