He's old and grumpy. He doesn't realize some of us were 15-18 in 2008. And not all of us won the QC option lottery that goes with being an incorrigible prick on some sad little ego trip. And even if our starting engineer salary and bonuses can afford a condo, we aren't all ready for that 30 year trap at peak pricing.
Hey OP, are you are homeowner? If yes, why are you so mean to people who rent? What kind of personal issue is making you do so? I am at the end of my career and I owned a few homes in my life, but never ever it crossed my mind to put down renters - each of them has they own story and goals in life. If you so proudly own a home, why do you even bother to think about this subject? You are pathetic and need help.
