There r many stupid directors , Sr staff , PM in QIPL ... They need to get fired .. these directors are Sadists .. Director Sathya Ramasamy is top rank among-st them ..he sd get fired immediately ..

grape-vine news says he wasted many engineers weeks for hurriedly making Bengaluru technology software day for promoting self to vp before calibration discussions start.

he bringing his method of toxic culture of micro-managing and managing by fear to bangalore wherein people are punished for disagreeing or raising questions with him ,stupid yes-men managers happy with power from sathya

copied below is latest thread on qipl listing same problems but qc leadership turning a blind eye to this rot because of QIPL head is a close confidant of snr.vp of software and head of iot. qipl head was also favorit of fatso heading intel and always threatening to quit and head intel Hyderabad if not allowed full control in qipl

Post this in older qipl threads so that someone takes notice and takes these asslickers to task before moving all work to qipl

QIPL is most bad place to work in inspite of highest paying company in Hyderabad

List of worst wide spread bad practices that all directors , VPs , HR allow and follow

(1)lot of politics and sycophancy to get good ratings. worse than aiadmk partymen in front of their late chief minister

(2)fake test results to impress bosses in SD

(3)blame culture discourages honest addmission of mistakes and encourages finger pointing to others

(4)anyone who complains about QIPL bosses to people in SD get punished badly

(4)people have to always make their QIPL bosses look good in front of SD VPs

(5)top heavy team structures and hierachy created to promote favorites and pusnish those who don't agree and or question decisions of QIPL VPs

(6)everyone managers and directors always looking to increase size of teams under them at cost of other teams in high cost regions

(7)manipulate surveys by telling employees that there replies to surveys will be shared with VPs and if they have any small issue they should talk to QIPL bosses or HR but still give highest score in surveys

(8)estimates bloated to request more heads

(9)hide known problem and make poor releases to meet dates

(10)punish people who questions the QIPL way of working

now relatives and freinds taken as consultants and then made permanent or send to SD after some time

(11)favoriteism to people from hyderabad and tamils over north indians

(12) who you know much more weightage than how much you know

(13)real workers shadowed by people who give status to SD bosses
