You're getting ahead of yourself; iPhone 7 won't be released until 2016. I presume you mean iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, and possibly 6C, which are slated to be released this September?
Apple is a master at supply chain management. First, Apple will squeeze QC for lower price, because Intel will give Apple any price it wants. Second, Apple takes away any risk in using Intel, because QC is the backup. Even if Intel blows up, Apple still gets the lower price.
