Anonymous137937, You can get pretty close to $300k/year in San Diego if you're good at managing your money and good at your job, and that would go 2x a lot further than $300k in the Bay Area. But then again, it won't matter for you, because chances are you won't be seeing $300k regardless of where you are. That's why you need to still rent, regardless of where you end up working.
YOu can make $300K in the bay area if you are good. Can't do that in San Diego.

Lol.so I guess instead of jacking up rents 5% every six month we will have to raise it only by 4%..The nice part is that where you go, you'll bend over renting, renter...especially.in the bay area. Its a nationwide problem. Supply shortage where the jobs are.
