I'm just now getting around to reading through the folder I was given and saw that I missed it. I'm curious to know how that went and what they had to say about the 7 topics which are all covered in the 25 pages they provided except for the CIP. Did they say anything that would contradict what we have in writing and what did they say regarding our eligibility for the CIP, assuming there is one next year? Also, I just registered for the LHH career services to see what they can offer. Has anyone worked with them before and had a greater level of success than you would have obtained on your own?

It was lots of HR babble and the reading of powerpoint slides. Just like any other Chevron meeting. All the information is on the benefits website, or you can call the handy dandy 1-800 call hr or something like that phone number
CIP is not accrued. You are required to be on payroll when it is paid to be eligible. If you quit you don't get a partial payment. That doesn't mean it won't be pro-rated as part of severance but it's definitely not an accrued benefit like the pension or vacation time.
The CIP is an accrued benefit. It can't be taken away. That said, there is no guarantee that the multiplier would be 1.00; it could be 0.01
CIP, if their is one, will be paid at the same time to those employees dismissed during RAE
Never used LHH but heard very good things anout them, they have more success with lower level employees
