Warn Notice--- LMFAO.. the notice you get is the day u are cut you get a call after you leave the office.. you access has been cut by this time, network NBK disabled... warn notice... that was funny... just do like I did scream and 4 letter till the hang up .. dont let the person speak....yes I burnt that bridge after 12 years.. but that bridge was built by Indians and will be rebuilt by Indians.. sad everyday in Uptown Charlotte the 9 am bus's getting fuller with Indians ... we let this happen...

How about these third party background checks. We have to give our personal info including our social security number ONLINE to a third party. If you read the fine print it states that the third party IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. Make sure you screen print EVERYTHING because I am sure this is the banks next tactic to get rid of people. Hope nobody got a DWI after they got hired, they will stop at nothing. How about the CEO take a paycut.... Nobody in this country should make that many millions a year and then say we dont have money.....
The BofA in many states consider little branch banks a company. That way they don't have to follow the WARN act, even if the layoffs collectively are in the hundreds. Our taxes bailed out BofA.
I think this is why they have been doing the layoffs in such small batches...so they don't have to pay employees extra for the WARN notice. Just my guess...Cheapskates.
