$60 is the threshold which Irwin used to use for splits. If they felt the stock would stay above $60, they would split the stock. Because often it would go to $65, then $35, then back up to $65 an beyond ...
Most likely, tomorrow. Why does it matter? There was a time when the stock stayed around $40 for 10+ years and all the granted options were pretty much worthless while the execs got paid millions every year anyway. Then the nearly worthless RSUs came alive... and now they are gone, in a $300M poof!
