I have heard from ppl that work at this company that employees wear sunglasses and sleep during the night shift. This is really irresponsible. You make 100k and sleep on the job. Where are your supervisors? Are they also sleeping? You are dealing with dangerous and explosive products. Maybe some of you deserve to lose your jobs...just saying.

Certainly entertaining, but truth behind it all. Sleep well and wear glasses.
this was the best string i've read yet!! thanks for the entertainment... certainly need some laughs during these stressful, depressing times!
I wouldn't doubt anything.
Some of us have a harder time sleeping on the job than others, but smok'n the weed seems to help. Nice that they carry it in the break rooms to keep us all rested and happy.
Yes
Have any of you ever worked shift work?
I am sure your are.
I'm sleeping right now!
So it's P66 that sleeps on the job? Safety concern. Watch out you "good ol' boys club. Better keep those eyes open!
Especially since ConocoPhillips doesn't own a Refinery anymore. That's P66's business now. Good night.
Hey Einstein, it's called sarcasm
Wow!!! That is scary. I think more people who live around a refinery plant area should be informed of their "CORE" values. I believe Conoco Phillips core values need to be revised to say the least. Any other job a person would sleep at would be FIRED on the spot. Conoco Phillips and other refineries need a wake up call on their whole core value structure. I understand people need to sleep but not on the job no matter what to say the least.
Yes, most sleep on the job, even day shift. It's part of ConocoPhillips core values--sleep and good rest for all.
Some don't even wear sunglasses!
