"HR" how many packets are you putting together? ;)
I hope you have some for Operations. A lot of people sitting around. To bad Land can't move some people around, one group is overwhelmed and needs help desperately.
SAP is a sinkhole for $$$. And don't think it will end once the transition is made. Those consultants will be billing CHK for several more years. It's a racket.
We are working feverishly in the HR building second floor conference room to get all of your severance info packages together. Our hopes are to wrap everything up by Tuesday...please be patient with us.
I think the only thing saving a lot of people in D.O. and probably accounting as well is the switch to SAP next year and all the backlog work that has to be done prior to the change.
That has been the case since 2012 for Land. Why worry now?
