He's extremely unprofessional and while that's funny to some people it's offensive to most with some level of moral decency. I'm surprised he's lasted this long, especially since the majority of impactful work was transferred to other teams.
He is definitely technical but I don't think he does enough to make a difference and he is unprofessional most of the time. Too much politics in his group. You have to kiss his ass.
I believed he is old Q timer, highly technical.
