End of month coming? CSOC feedback quota not met? Fed up with this ridiculous requirement? Struggling to find what to say and to whom? Don't worry - just use the "Random CAI Generator" and you are set! Just select 4 random letters, somebody in the company (near, far, different group, different BU, different continent, who cares) will have that CAI, then click on one of those meaningless categories like "aligns with management objectives", give them a 4 or a 5, and press "submit"! Done! You have made somebody happy, and fulfilled your sacred duty of providing CSOC feedback, which as we all know, is a gift .

I like to give CSOC feedback to those folks who have just retired before their CAIs are deactivated... Happy Retirement! What a joke!

CSOC feedback is still required in parts of the company? I used to use it to train Managers to come to meetings on time... uses time wisely...
