It's not what you know, it's who you blow...
It doesn't matter how hard you work. It's the luck of the draw. They determine how many need to go and pull names. If your name is pulled, you're it. If not, you stay. Just as simple as that. Performance means nothing at this point.
Typical scare tactic. It does matter how hard you work.
