@9479 guess it depends on org. Know how many in our 100+ org and names, all bottom performers, not accepting layoff request and if ya ask for layoff they imply you could resign.
Managers do not know jack at this point. He'll even senior directors do not. Some VP's may know - but VP and up will get affected more than 25%. You shall see .....
