They should just hire Carly Florina to bring them down just like she did with HP. I am only sort of joking but think about it, she would defiantly take the job for the few millions they would throw at her. She would make all the critical mistakes to make them finally shut down and close their doors all while claiming another success story about how she kept it alive against government regulations, unions (which they dont have) and over paid teachers (which is not where the money is going). At least it would be done with already.

They should appoint JR from CS as the new CEO. That is,if they want to finish the company off and end up with even more lawsuits.

Lets see--the company is in general disarray, the company has to decide if it is willing to admit to KKR that it needs outside help, the company just has a major coup and this after a long string of either disappointing failures or swindlers, the company has DiBattiste as a counsel which is sort of what they mean by criminal attorney, the corporation fails to find any real talent in its revenue and business development--face it if you are relying upon political manipulators like hanna collins or atlanta au to bring you through you are screwed--and this is surprising that this should only take a week, you must really work fast

It's difficult to figure out anything about EDMC since they were delisted from the stock exchange. As far as I can tell, they don't have to publicly show a balance sheet or a have quarterly conference call. Also wonder what power the Board has when it's the Department of Education and KKR (the debt holder) with all the cards. Stockholders hold no real (financial) value in the company. EDMC's total collapse (still unlikely in the short term) could open up more stories about Henry Kravis and the Clintons.
I'm not even sure what Winsky's visit to our campus was all about. He must plan his campus visits so that he can take a vacation. Meanwhile all he does is aggravated us and leave us deflated.
The discussion should include how JR from CS has created a system bottleneck by making up policies on the fly. The board will be interested to know that he has created a hostile working environment across the system especially for women. Those of us that work directly under him feel the oppression daily.
Many of here at AIC are looking for anything to get out. Low numbers are killing us!
