Last week 8 management positions got laid-off with 6 months severance pay. Does anyone know when phase 2 is going to take place?

Went by yrs of service. Min 6 months, max 1 yr package. 10 plus yrs gets 1 yr severance. Includes benefits.
Has anyone received a severance longer than 6 months? If so, how long was your tenure at kraft?
