I made $72,000 as a Director II. It was low compared to a few peers, but I was pretty young.
Been gone for a few years, though.

Home office has a different range.
If it's a level 11 for compensation, 52 - 70 - 88, if it's a level 12, 62 - 84 - 106. That's without whatever adjustments they make based on COL for the area. CA is going to pay more than NE.
Thats a bit inflated...My director at a big four year school made 75...another new director I knew at another big football school made 65 to start. I was a co-mgr making 55
