What's the point of getting a $200k (at least) engineering education in America when h-1bs are being catapulted here and replace your position, and use resources of this country?
it's not apathetic to realize that in a country where unlimited political donation is considered "free speech", and where votes may (officially) still get candidates elected, the fact remains that votes do not write laws. Lobbyists with checkbooks do! Call it a dose of realism for the idiocracy. Oh crap sorry, big word again.

Votes don't matter. If being anti h1b is the means to get reelected they will say that. And listen to Google and facebook lobbyist in DC. Democracy is a failed experiment that Americans still buy into for some reason
Contact your congressional representatives and inform them that you will be voting against them and anyone else who votes for h1b proposals. Stop talking about it and do something about it.

Because Q doesn't have long term vision. Q is just a cheapskate by outsourcing the high tech jobs to foreign/temp workers. The ironic part is to reward the upper managements with tremendous $$. These foreign/temp workers suck all the high tech knowledge and they'll bite you back.
