Worshipping false idols like Kirkland, the useless garbage like We Lead, OE, The Chevron Way ("The" must be in caps!), Diversity Action Plans, Catalyst awards, mad men running the asylum, Watson disappears like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain when the shit hits the fan, (when was the last time anyone has seen him?) green badges doing all the work (now that they are gone, no one knows how to get anything done), the smoke and mirrors that are Gorgon, AMBU, GOM, Wheatstone, on and on. Biggest jokes and waste of time....We Lead and PMPs. I was in a Corp Services group and I've wasted more time on these when I could have been doing real work. The Chevron Way, didn't happen to see any of those behaviors from management during Alpha. My old group will crash and burn unless they get rid of the people with zero vision, backward thinking and stop micromanaging. You have long standing professionals who have many years of experience. They don't need to be told what to do by people who sit on the sidelines. Good riddance!

That's right Buddy. Most bizarre and screwed up company you could ever dream up. That is why I left over a year ago when oil was still $100. I used to sit in meetings and stare at my socks, thinking, "WTF am I doing here?"
