I think most employees see it coming as far as layoffs. If not now later. Really no upswing to the company. If you work for edmc and are not looking for another job that is your own fault at this point. I think some faculty members will be surprised next week when they get let go full time.

Management replaces full time faculty with adjuncts and the cycle continues because the adjuncts are excited for the pay and work. Students go though the system so quickly they don't know any better.

I tell my students in private to drop out, cut there losses and head to a state school. This is a joke working for this organization!
