Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Any criteria on the person to be laid off

Are there any people from management viewing this website? I hope to bring the point to the management. How do we determine who would stay and who should be let go? How can we make sure the decision is made fairly and ethically? It's not surprising that it's the time for someone to play some dirty politic things like kissing boss ass and backstabbing co-workers. How do we avoid those?

Like somebody said on another post - if you're not just out of school in the last 4-5 yrs you're on the block. Not a good time to be a career professional as that is the demographic being targeted (at least in the BU I work in)

Scorpions will be kept, frogs will be stung. Karma deals with the scorpions.

No, you can't!

FYI kissing ass and throwing people under the bus started a LONG time ago, around when they first announced layoffs. Just gonna get worse from here
