The truth is, ANYONE could be on the list for the next round, because management hasn't been transparent about why anyone has been selected (or not selected). So who should be looking for new jobs? EVERYONE.
OP don't spread rumors. The website says available to all employees. If you really want to contribute help people who are impacted don't screw them.
