many expats from U.S. have to come back (must moves) and they have to make space for them. it only makes sense to transfer non-U.S. expats currently in the U.S. back to their (cheaper) home countries. That will save Chevron millions after relocation costs.

Well, that's something we can cut with nothing more than a plane ticket home; plus we can defer your moving expenses to next year, getting you off the books for Q4.
