Maybe Mulva started the End of Days for us all, We were a huge Company Diverse. Now we are a little Company .Phillips spun it's Chemicals with Chevron, They Spun off the Gas department ( GPM ) , Then DCP, They Spun off R&M ( P66) .... P66 looks great , COP looks like a Dog Turd.... Mulva passed to torch to Lance to further Kill COP. COP has been way to Fat for some time now, with Supervisors , managers who love to Micro Manage ! So what has happened was we were once a Diverse Company (a good thing) and now not Diverse. Might as well Bring in T Boone Pickens and Carl Icahn to stab us with a Vampire Stake and let them finish what they started in the mid 80's !
Side Note: The Merger of Equals ( Conoco & Phillips Pet Co ) was not equal , Stock price for Conoco was $29 and Phillips $60, Sorry Conoco you were sucking hide tit !
