I wish ppl to stop violating the toilets... It is appalling that professionals cannot use a toilet set properly.

I do not see any other situations, besides the NBA, where a systematic promotion and expansion of one ethnic group within a large business is accepted and not scrutinized. Even with NBA, there has been clear, objective measurements of their skills to warrant their preference in hiring and their management themselves are not of the same race. There is no reasonable explanation for dominance of Indians in these high tech US companies.

I have stopped taking the elevators in Qualcomm buildings due to the curry BO usually lingering in there.

162071: What the heck are you talking about? Who is the lion king, and who is the lioness?

161834: I agreed you with 100%. But you got only top-down view. And bottom-up view might be quite different.

Lion kings in Serengeti plain always have juicy meals. They don't care. Only lone lionesses and young lions compete with hyenas, who build strength on their numbers. They know that's the only way they can survive. So it depends on who you are and what view you have.

"People adapt when they are minority , and they dominate when they are majority". This is exactly spot on analysis with what is the current state with QUALCOMM. Having a well balanced diverse group is the key. Diversity, diversity, diversity... Breeds tolerance and respect (forced or otherwise) among all employees.

161921: Maybe the people I worked with differed from the people you worked with. The people that I worked with were tended to be people that received their doctorate degrees from top schools in the US. It didn't matter where they came from originally. Most received advanced degrees in the US.

OP. You are a fool. It will not become idiacomm. It already is and has been for many years. Irwin Jacobs gets all the credits for building Q into a Fortune 500 company. He also should get most of the blame for allowing a fine company that Qualcomm once was to turn into a high-tech mumbai/ghetto.

As Indians work their way up the ladder, they hire mostly other Indians (even relatives) to build up their empires within Qualcomm. The same thing has happened at Intel.

I was with Qualcomm from when people did not consider Indians to to be a noticeable part of the staff to when people considered Indians to be a noticeable part of the staff. Some of the first Indians in the Qualcomm systems engineering department reported to me. They demonstrated the same standards that Irwin, Andrew and the other Qualcomm founders modeled. If employees no longer model those standards, it is not because of their ethnicity. If someone does not model it, it is because they choose not to be accountable and they do not have a lead who chooses to be accountable. You cannot blame someone else until you first take responsibility.

Indians bring great culture and ethics with them. We need more and more Indians (at least 100x) here so that US stays the lead.

You jealous? Get over it and find a new job. You don't own Qualcomm, why do you take it so personally. Companies change and redo itself all the time. Who the f@@k are you?
