The "hold the handrail" signs were embarrassing. The ability to run up and down a flight of stairs is an indication of health. Odd you can run up and down the stairs in the gym but not in the offices. All to far to the end of the stairs in a gymnasium.

Enjoy the staircase more by using your personal cellphone. Continue to use it as you drive home out of the parking garage, at 12 MPH, not wearing your seatbelt. Oh, and do mind that you don't open your door into your former supervisor's car when you get in, or heavily drop your keys down the side of their vehicle. Ooooppsss!

On your way out, make an effort to use the stairs. Don't hold the handrail. Raise your arms above your head, shake your hips a little back and forth, and quietly sing na na na boo boo. Take a moment to relish in the freedom.
Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
Stay hydrated and always know where your towel is.
