What I don't understand is how leadership still has a job? They are clearly hated but instead of letting go the high paying useless people, they let go the lower paying workers? Gavlik, Hough, Knittle, Nikki, Ralph, Anne, Katie, Sarah and Brendan should all be gone. They bring nothing to the table. They treat their employees like crap and should all be gone. This layoff board shows it. Employees hate them
