Flfallguy, you are so correct. WFM is like Hollywood, the set is all facade with no substance behind it, especially where team members are concerned.
Genius move to only hire part timers. We are now Kroger with flair.
I disagree that the mentors were useless. They just had no support. Properly implemented that program could have cut training costs and made more knowledgeable team members, reducing turnover which would have saved in the long run. Instead they just dumped it half baked and said, here you go, have fun. Everything is now about faking success, not building it.
I wish i could bleed money right about now.
Id cut my arms up and solve everyones problems.
